Yoghurt Pancakes

Ingredients

1 eggs

100g yogurt FAGE Total 5%

50g flour

10g sweetener 

1/2 teaspoon baking powder 

30g chocolate chips (optional)

    Steps
  1. Combine the dry ingredients first and then the liquid ingredients, until the batter is smooth.
  2. For a greedier result, add chocolate chips and proceed to baking.
  3. Take an hot nonstick pan, previously greased, low flame; pour in a generous spoonful of mixture, and cook until the base is perfectly cooked (bubbles should form on the surface), turn the pancakes over and continue cooking for a minute or so.
  4. Serve like with yoghurt, fresh fruit and agave syrup.
