1.1. The website https://ie.fage/ (hereinafter the "Website") is the property of FAGE International S.A. (hereinafter "FAGE"), with its registered office in Rue du Kiem 145, L-8030, Strassen, Luxembourg (LUX).

FAGE is committed to ensure that the nutritional information provided on the Website is correct and up to date but does not hold out at any time that the nutritional information is intended to be relied upon. 2.4. FAGE may publish from time to time a list of suggested recipes. These recipes are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute food for sale or supply on the website and gives no undertaking as to their suitability for persons with food allergies, and or any other medical requirements that would necessitate a detailed ingredients list. It is the responsibility of each user when pursuing suggested recipes & to ensure that the foodstuffs are appropriate for their own medical requirements.

5.1. The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) apply to the collection, processing, storage, and deletion of your data. Our website does not collect any personal information about its users except what data may be collected through the use of cookies on the site and where personal information is provided to us through the ‘Contact Us’ function of the website.
