1. The Parties

1.1.  Fage International S.A of 145, Rue du Kiem, L-8030 Strassen, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (‘FAGE’).

1.2. By accessing and using this website accessing parties (hereinafter, the "Users" and, individually, "User") agree, acknowledge and are informed that this privacy policy applies.

1.3. FAGE is mindful of and take their obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulations, the Data  Protection Act 2018 and the E-Privacy Regulations seriously.

1.4. This Privacy Policy will explain how FAGE use the personal data collected from the Users for this policy   also referred to as data subjects for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulations, the Data   Protection Act 2018 and the E-Privacy Regulations.

E-Privacy Regulations (S.I. No. 336 of 2011 - the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011).

 

2. What data does FAGE collect from you, the User.

2.1. FAGE may collect the following data from you:

2.1.1. Any personal identification information such as name, email address, address and telephone number that you submit on the website or via our communication channels where you provides personal information to FAGE such as when an inquiry is made through our website via the ‘Contact Us’ section.

2.1.2. Any general information that is contained in server log files such as the IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet, the type of internet browser used and which website the User came from to access the Website, as well as time and duration of the connections such as when you use or view our website via the browser’s cookies).

 

3. How will FAGE process the data and the lawful basis for processing the data and who FAGE may share data with.

3.1. FAGE may use the data for the following purposes;

4. How does FAGE store data.

4.1. We securely store User’s data on our servers which are located in the USA. The requisite security   precautions are taken in order to protect User’s data.

4.2. FAGE may transfer data relating to our business to a branch of FAGE’s international network located in   the  USA. There are appropriate safeguards in place to ensure that the User’s data protection rights are   protected and effective legal remedies are in place.

 

5. Deletion of Data

5.1. We will keep User’s personal information only for as long as is required and once this time has elapsed we   will delete the personal information from our database.

 

6. What are User’s data protection rights?

6.1. Users have the following rights under the GDPR, in certain circumstances and subject to certain   exemptions, in relation to their personal data:

6.1.1. Right to access the data – Users have the right to request a copy of the personal data that FAGE hold about them, together with other information about FAGE’s processing of that personal data.

6.1.2. Right to rectification- Users have the right to request that any inaccurate data that is held about them is corrected, or if FAGE have incomplete information Users may request that FAGE update the information such that it is complete.

6.1.3. Right to erasure - Users have the right to request FAGE to delete personal data that they hold about them. This is sometimes referred to as the right to be forgotten.

6.1.4. Right to restriction of processing or to object to processing - Users have the right to request that we no longer process their personal data for particular purposes, or to object to FAGE’s processing of their personal data for particular purposes.

6.1.5. Right to data portability - Users have the right to request FAGE to provide them, or a third party, with a copy of their personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.

8. Payment of Fee to Access Rights

8.1. Users will not have to pay a fee to access their personal information (or to exercise any of the other   rights). However, FAGE may charge a reasonable fee if the request for access is unfounded or excessive.

 

9. Right to Withdraw Consent

9.1. In the limited circumstances where the User may have provided their consent to the collection, processing and transfer of their personal information for a specific purpose, they have the right to withdraw the consent for that specific processing at any time.

9.3. Once FAGE have received notification that the User has withdrawn their consent, FAGE will no longer  process the information for the purpose or purposes originally agreed to, unless FAGE have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.

10.1. If the User is unhappy with how FAGE process personal data, we ask the User to contact us so that we can rectify the situation. Please contact us at privacy.ie@mail.fage.

10.2. Users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The Irish supervisory authority is the IrishData Protection Commission. There are details on how to make a complaint to the Data Protection Commissioner are located on their website.

 

11. Privacy Policies of Other Websites

11.1. In the event this website contains a link to another website, this privacy policy does not apply to that external website and may not be relied upon in those circumstances.

11.2. If the User clicks on a link to another website, the User should read their privacy policy to satisfy themselves as to the processing of their data.

12.1. FAGE keeps this privacy policy under regular review and changes to the policy may be posted here without any notice to the User.

 

13. Automated decision-making and profiling

13.1. FAGE do not use any personal data for the purpose of automated decision-making or profiling.
