Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

60 ml milk of your choice or milk alternative

500 grams FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or FAGE BeFree 

2 teaspoons matcha powder

30 grams fresh baby spinach 

2 ripe frozen bananas (about 240 grams)

2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup, agave, or honey

Ice (optional for a thicker smoothie)

Topping suggestions:

Kiwi

Cacao nibs

Blueberries

Coconut flakes

    Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with kiwi slices, cacao nibs, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
