Ingredients
1 potato
100 g cauliflower florets
100 g broccoli florets
1/2 red onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp plain flour
30 g grated Pecorino Romano
200 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
2 buns, halved and toasted

Steps
- Boil the potato with the skin on, then peel and mash.

While the potato is boiling, roughly chop the onion and cook in a saucepan with a bit of oil and the grated carrot.
Add the roughly chopped cauliflower and broccoli to the saucepan and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add water if needed. - Add the roughly chopped cauliflower and broccoli to the saucepan and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add water if needed.
- From this mixture, form 4 large burger patties and fry in a pan with a bit of oil, turning them over gently so they brown evenly on both sides.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a pan with a pinch of pepper. Mix into the yoghurt and add a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
- Cut the buns in half, quickly toast them on the grill, and serve them with the burger patties and the yoghurt sauce.
