Sour dough bread or bread of your choice, toasted

Sweet Strawberry Toast

2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
Chocolate chips
Fresh basil

Hearty Avocado Toast
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
1 egg, fried
2 slices prosciutto

Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes

Tomato Toast
30g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper 

Peanut Butter Banana Toast
20g peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
½ banana, sliced
20g pomegranate seeds
Handful of sliced almonds

  1. Top first slice of toast with yoghurt, strawberries, chocolate chips, honey, and basil.
  2. Top second slice of toast with avocado slices, egg, prosciutto, yoghurt, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes.
  3. Top third slice of toast with yoghurt, tomato slices, salt, pepper, olive oil, and chives.
  4. Top last slice of toast with peanut butter, banana slices, yoghurt, pomegranate seeds, and sliced almonds.
