Ingredients
180 g FAGE Total yoghurt
50 ml warm water
20 g chia seeds
120 g oats
20 g puffed quinoa
80 g dried fruit mix
15 g honey
5 g cinnamon
30 g coconut flour
30 ml coconut oil
Topping:
120 g dark chocolate
50 g Fage Total 0% yoghurt.

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a medium-sized bowl, pour the yoghurt, water and chia seeds. Mix everything and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Add the dried fruit, quinoa, oats, coconut flour, cinnamon, coconut oil, and honey to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray covered with baking paper. Press down the mixture vigorously and evenly, making sure to fill the corners of the pan well.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 200°C and allow to cool.

Topping:
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, then add the yoghurt and mix everything together.
2. Once the muesli bar is cold, use a spatula to spread the chocolate-yoghurt cream evenly over it.
3. Before serving the granola bars, cut the base into 3x8cm slices.
