Ingredients

300g FAGE Total

½ onion, finely chopped

Juice of 3 lemons

150g white fish roe

400ml olive oil

    Steps
  1. In a mixer, blend the onion, lemon juice, yoghurt and fish roe. Add the olive oil little by little.
  2. Put the sauce in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the onion to lose its sharpness and for all the ingredients to blend in well.
