Spooky Chocolate Pudding Parfait

200 grams granulated sugar
65 grams dark cocoa powder
65 grams cornstarch
Pinch salt
1000 ml whole milk
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
12 chocolate cookies
240g FAGE Total yoghurt
Halloween themed toppers and sweets

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Over medium heat, slowly whisk in cold milk.
  3. Stir constantly and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes or until the mixture can coat the back of a spoon.
  4. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Place plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding and cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  6. While the pudding is cooling, place sandwich cookies into a reusable storage bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
  7. Once the pudding is cooled, add ΒΌ of the pudding into a medium bowl and mix in yogurt to make a lighter pudding.
  8. Assemble the parfait by spooning the dark pudding in a glass then add crushed cookie crumbs, and top with the lighter pudding.
  9. Garnish with extra yogurt, cookie crumbs, and your favorite Halloween themed sweets.
