Peppermint Froyo Bark

Ingredients

Time: 6 hours to overnight

200g semi-sweet chocolate, melted

850g FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2%, FAGE Total 0%

85g honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Peppermint candy, crushed

    Steps
  1. Line baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate and spread across the foil lined baking sheet. Place into the freezer to harden.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together FAGE yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the chocolate and scatter peppermint candy throughout the yogurt mixture.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Break into pieces and serve immediately.
