Overnight Oats

Ingredients

300 g FAGE Total 5%, 2% or 0% fat yoghurt

200 g rolled oats

100 ml water

20 g chia seeds

1 vanilla bean pod

1 pinch of salt

175 ml orange juice (= juice of 2 oranges)

Toppings:

2 oranges

Dark chocolate flakes

Walnuts

    Steps
  1. Put the yoghurt, water and orange juice in a large bowl and mix.
  2. Then add the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt and after cutting the bean pod crosswise, the vanilla.
  3. Mix everything with a spoon and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, pour the mixture into a small bowl and decorate with fresh orange, orange peel, walnuts and dark chocolate flakes.
