80g golden syrup or honey
330g ripe mango, peeled and cut into pieces

Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and syrup until well combined. Set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, puree mango until smooth.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the popsicle mold, add about 1 tablespoon of mango puree and alternate until the mold is full.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
