500g yoghurt ( FAGE Total 0%)

Fruits to taste

Honey (optional)


  1. Pour the yoghurt into a baking tin, until you create a layer about half a centimetre thick.
  2. Add fruit to your liking and a spoonful of honey to garnish.
  3. Leave in the freezer for at least 1 hour, (you can also prepare your bars the night before for the next day) and after this time you are ready to cut your frozen bars!
