Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

240g FAGE Total 5% yoghurt
170g dark chocolate

    Steps
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and, once ready, add it to the FAGE Total yoghurt (at room temperature).
  2. Stir until the desired consistency is achieved! If you prefer a less compact result, you can add 50-80 ml milk.
  3. If you find it difficult to obtain a smooth consistency, help yourself with a blender.
  4. It can be served immediately or left in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve with salt flakes, chocolate chips and raspberries.
