Chai Overnight Oats

Ingredients

180g rolled oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 teaspoons chai spice blend*

245g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% or FAGE BeFree

4 tablespoons honey, agave or maple syrup

460ml milk or milk substitute

Optional decorations: granola, chocolate chips, and fruit like strawberries, bananas, and blueberries.

 

* Chai spice blend

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

    Steps
  1. Add 45 g of oats to 4 jars. Then add ½ tablespoon of chia seeds to each jar.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of chai spice and 60g of Greek yogurt to each jar. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 115 ml of milk to each jar.
  3. Cover the jar with a lid and shake it to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings.
