Ingredients

250g FAGE Total

3 ripe avocados, peeled & diced

1 onion, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

½ lemon 

Juice of ½ bunch of fresh coriander

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt

    Steps
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour and serve with crudities of your choice.
