60 grams all-purpose flour
50 grams ocats
50 grams pecans
70 grams packed light brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp diced unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
Apple filling:
4 large Cooking Apples
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
50 grams light brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
For serving:

Steps
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
- In a medium size bowl, mix flour, oats, pecans, sugar, cinnamon, butter, and salt with a fork until you reach a crumbly consistency. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- In another medium size bowl, combine apples, butter, lemon juice, flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until the apples are well coated.
- Pour the apple filling mixture into a baking dish or an oven safe skillet.
- Top evenly with crumb topping and bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Serve with FAGE yoghurt and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
