Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl with Honey, Fruit, and Coconut

Ingredients

Smoothie:

570g FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%

2 bananas, cut into chunks

2 pouches (200g) açaí puree

75g raspberries

2 tablespoon honey

 

To serve:

40g fresh blueberries or raspberries 

150g fresh strawberries, cut in half lengthwise

1 medium banana, sliced

3 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes

1 tablespoon bee pollen

    Steps
  1. Smoothie: In a blender combine FAGE Total, bananas, açaí, raspberries and honey and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve: Divide the mixture between 2 bowls, top each with blueberries, strawberries, and banana and sprinkle with coconut and bee pollen. Serve immediately.
