Yoghurt with pomegranate, pistachios and honey

Ingredients

500g FAGE Total Yoghurt

100ml orange juice

70g honey

6 fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

2 tbsp pistachios, shelled and chopped

    Steps
  1. Mix together the yoghurt, orange juice, honey and mint. Add most of the pomegranate seeds and pistachios and spoon the mixture into glasses.
  2. Garnish with the remaining pomegranate seeds and pistachios and serve
