Yoghurt with figs poached in rosewater

Ingredients

500g FAGE Total

Yoghurt 2 tbsp

rosewater

2 cardamons seeds, crushed

2 tbsp honey

4 large figs

    Steps
  1. Pour 250ml water, rosewater, cardamom and the honey into a large pan. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the figs and poach for about 5 minutes or until just tender.
  3. Serve the yoghurt topped with the figs and the syrup.
