Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients

200g FAGE Total Yoghurt

250g margarine

250g sugar

250g plain flour

5 eggs

10g baking powder

    Steps
  1. In a blender, pulse the margarine with the sugar at a high speed until it dries.
  2. Add the yoghurt, and the eggs one by one.
  3. Combine the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture.
  4. Once the mixture is fully combined, pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
