Ingredients
200g FAGE Total Yoghurt
250g margarine
250g sugar
250g plain flour
5 eggs
10g baking powder

Steps
- In a blender, pulse the margarine with the sugar at a high speed until it dries.
- Add the yoghurt, and the eggs one by one.
- Combine the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture.
- Once the mixture is fully combined, pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
