Strawberry Parfait

490 g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%
180 ml cup strawberry compote
65 g strawberries, hulled and cut in half
2 teaspoons pistachios, coarsely chopped
Hibiscus or edible flowers
Lemon balm (optional)

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together yoghurt and 90 ml of strawberry compote.
  2. In two parfait glasses, split 45 ml of strawberry compote in each glass.
  3. Top yoghurt compote mixture, strawberries, pistachios, hibiscus, and lemon balm.
