65 g strawberries, hulled and cut in half
2 teaspoons pistachios, coarsely chopped
Hibiscus or edible flowers
Lemon balm (optional)

Steps
- In a medium bowl, stir together yoghurt and 90 ml of strawberry compote.
- In two parfait glasses, split 45 ml of strawberry compote in each glass.
- Top yoghurt compote mixture, strawberries, pistachios, hibiscus, and lemon balm.
