Salmon focaccia

6 small focaccias
Ingredients

200g flour

150g yoghurt (FAGE Total 0%)

2 tbsp olive oil

Half a teaspoon of bicarbonate

Salt to taste

    Steps
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, first mix with a spatula and then knead by hand; knead until the bowl is completely clean.
  2. Let the dough rest covered for about 20 minutes and after this time, divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
  3. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough into thin discs, taking care not to break them.
  4. Stuff to taste, us salmon and cheese, and seal.
  5. Grill in a frying pan, 7 minutes per side or cook in the oven (200 degrees for 20 minutes) or in an air fryer (180 degrees for 15 minutes). Enjoy it!
