Ingredients
40g old-fashioned rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
160ml milk
140g FAGE Total Yoghurt
110g pumpkin puree
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

Steps
- Add half of rolled oats, half teaspoon of chia seeds, and 1/3 of milk to the bottom of a container or jar.
- Add half of pumpkin puree and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg on top of oat mixture. Then add half of yogurt on top of the pumpkin layer.
- Repeat with oats, chia seeds, and milk and top with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and yogurt.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy in the morning as is or with any additional toppings.
