140g FAGE Total yoghurt, more for garnish
120ml milk
1 frozen banana
150g pumpkin puree
4 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground clove
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
240g ice
