Protein Balls

Ingredients

200 g FAGE Total 5% yoghurt, FAGE Total 0% yoghurt 

120 g peanut butter

200 g oats (ground)

50 g coconut flour

15 g honey

20 g cocoa powder

1 vanilla bean pod

1 pinch of salt

    Steps
  1. Pour all the dry ingredients into a large bowl, then add the FAGE Total yoghurt, honey and peanut butter. After cutting the bean pod crosswise, add the vanilla.
  2. Knead the mixture with your hands and once all the ingredients are well mixed, you can use an ice cream spoon to help you make the balls. Otherwise, use a normal spoon and work the mixture with your hands to form balls.
  3. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for half an hour before eating.
  4. Store the remaining protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze them.
