1 kg FAGE Total 2%, 5%
200 g sugar or honey
1 teaspoon dried lavender, crushed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps
- Freeze bowl of ice cream maker for 3 hours before using.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add ingredients into the ice cream maker. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, whip together with an electric mixer or blender and freeze.
- Mix for 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately for a soft serve, or freeze for 3-4 hours for a firmer texture.
