Ingredients
Pumpkin Butter:
1 (800g) can pumpkin puree
170g maple syrup
125ml water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Parfait:
FAGE Total 5%, 2%, or 0%
60g toasted chopped pecans
4 cinnamon stick
1 sprig mint

Steps
- In a large saucepan, stir and combine all Pumpkin Puree ingredients and boil over medium-high heat.
- As it bubbles, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once puree is thickened, remove from heat and cool completely.
- Alternate layering parfait with FAGE Total Yoghurt, Pumpkin Butter and garnish with pecans, cinnamon stick and mint.
