2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 apple, stemmed, cored and diced
Ice cubes
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of ginger
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom

- Add all ingredients to a blender with 125ml of water and puree until smooth. Add more water to thin as desired.
