Coffee Smoothie


340 g FAGE Total Yoghurt 

4 tsp instant coffee

4 tsp sugar syrup

250 ml milk

10 ice cubes

Coffee beans

  1. Dissolve the coffee in the slightly warmed milk and sweeten with the sugar syrup.
  2. Collect milk and ice cubes in the blender's beaker; operate the pulse unit until the ice is reduced to a fine grain.
  3. Add the FAGE Total yoghurt and blend a little more, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Decorate with a couple of coffee beans and serve immediately.
