Green Smoothie
30 g fresh spinach
230 ml coconut water, plus more as needed

1 small (or ½ large) banana, fresh or frozen, cut into 2-cm chunks
165 g frozen mango chunks
85 g frozen pineapple chunks
“Strawberry ‘n Cherry” Smoothie
100 g frozen cherries
100 g frozen strawberries
1 small (or ½ large) banana, fresh or frozen, cut into 1-inch chunks
230 ml almond milk, plus more as needed

Steps
- Add spinach, coconut water, and FAGE Total yohgurt to a blender. Blend until the spinach is broken down.
- Add in the frozen fruit and continue blending until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid as necessary until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
- Add all ingredients for the second smoothie to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk, as necessary, until the smoothie reaches desired smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour the Green Smoothie until it fills up half of the glass. Then layer the Strawberry and Cherry Smoothie on top and enjoy!
