1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
280g FAGE Total 5%
80g chocolate chips, melted
2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips/shavings for garnish
Add avocado, yoghurt (at room temperature), melted chocolate, honey, vanilla extract, and salt into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide into bowls and serve right away, or chill for 30 minutes for a thicker consistency.
Garnish with extra yoghurt, chocolate, and mint.
