Chai Latte Overnight Oats

Ingredients

50g old-fashioned rolled oats

1 teaspoon chia seeds

160ml milk of choice

140g FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

3 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

Pinch of ground cardamom

Pinch of ground clove

 

    Steps
  1. Mix oats, chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, and spices in a medium size bowl.
  2. Add oat mixture to parfait or mason jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy in the morning as is or with any additional toppings.
  3. Garnish with FAGE Total yogurt, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
