Yoghurt flat bread

Ingredients
  • 210gr FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan or Asiago cheese, grated, more for sprinkling on top
    Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C
  2. Line a 28x18 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a food processor or blender, add yogurt, eggs, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese and blend for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly onto the parchment lined sheet pan and sprinkle the top with additional parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove the flatbread from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Assemble a sandwich by piling on your favorite sandwich toppings, folding over the bread, and enjoy!
