Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

We are in full fall-mode with this delicious and simple breakfast featuring creamy FAGE Total yogurt, pumpkin, and cinnamon.

Ingredients

75g pumpkin puree

60g milk of choice

700g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain, divided

1 frozen banana, sliced

2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ginger

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Toppings:

Pumpkin seeds

Coconut granola

Pomegranate seeds

Ground cinnamon

    Steps
  1. Add puree, milk, 140g yogurt, bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon 280g of yogurt onto one side of a bowl and the smoothie on the other side.
  3. Repeat for the second bowl. Top with pumpkin seeds, coconut granola, pomegranate seeds, and ground cinnamon.
