Honeyed Turkey & Avocado Salad with a Yoghurt Mint Dressing

A healthy, tasty salad, cram-packed with superfoods!

Ingredients

4 tbsp FAGE Total

300g turkey breast

2 squirts of low calorie olive oil spray

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp mint sauce

1 large bag watercress

1 avocado, diced 

    Steps
  1. Dice the turkey breast and fry in the low-cal oil until golden (approx. 5-10 minutes).
  2. Add the honey to the pan and toss to glaze.
  3. Mix the FAGE Total yoghurt and mint together and season to taste.
