230ml milk of choice

30g baby spinach

½ avocado, peeled and pitted

1 frozen sliced banana

1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

2 teaspoons agave or honey

4 ice cubes

    Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
