Ingredients

250ml milk or milk alternative of your choice
125g FAGE Total yoghurt (fat percentage according to preference)
375g fresh baby spinach
80g cucumber, peeled and cut into pieces
125g frozen banana
2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup or agave

    Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender in the order indicated and blend until smooth.
