Ingredients
For the Crumble:
100g plain flour
50g rolled oats
100g butter, in cubes
50g golden sugar
To assemble:
1 Coconut yoghurt
1 passion fruit marmalade
200g Pineapple chunks

Steps
- Heat oven to 200C.
- Put the flour, oats, butter and sugar in a bowl, use your fingers to rub the mixture together into a crumble texture. Sprinkle over a lined baking tray and bake for 10 mins, stirring and roughly breaking up halfway through cooking using a spoon.
- To assemble, layer the crumble in jars or bowls, top with the yoghurt, marmalade, and pineapple chunks.
- Sprinkle with extra crumble and a dollop of yoghurt and serve.
