Savoury Cake

Ingredients

4-5 boiled potatoes
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste

Stuffing:
2-3 eggs
300 g FAGE Total 5% yoghurt
Salt/pepper to taste
Cherry tomatoes (optional)
Spinach

Gratin:
100/120g mozzarella

    Steps
  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine eggs, yoghurt, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth and homogeneous. Set aside.
  3. Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a cake tin, mash them, and shape your base.
  4. Add salt, olive oil, vegetables of your taste (I use cherry tomatoes and spinach) and cover with the prepared batter.
  5. For a tastier result add cheese on top and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
