150 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
1 x pastry
200 g broccoli florets (small)
100 g brie, chopped into small chunks
40 g grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and the yoghurt. Add the broccoli florets and the cheese, then season.
- Layer a 22 cm fluted tart tin with the sheet of pastry. Pour over the egg and broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
